SAVING AN ITEM IN A DIFFERENT FORMAT

In Page View, you can use the Save As command to save the current

item with a new ﬁle name and save it in a speciﬁc ﬁle format. Before

making changes to the item in Page View, save the original under a

unique name so that you always have the original ﬁle.

To save an item in a different format:

1. From the File menu, choose Save As.

The Save As dialog box appears.

2. Type the ﬁle name for the item.

3. Select the ﬁle type from the Save as Type drop-down list. For more

information about the different ﬁle formats, see “Exporting

PaperPort items.”

4. Click Save.
